Annotation

The objective of the study is to develop a comprehensive pedagogical technology of contextual type of medical students training in the context of integrated linguistic and professional activity. Research hypothesis: integrated linguistic and professional training of medical university students will be effective if the concept of "integrated linguistic and professional training" is clarified, a pedagogical structural and functional model is developed and pedagogical conditions of integrated linguistic and professional training are identified. In accordance with the hypothesis, the objectives of the study are formulated: to reveal the concept of "readiness for linguistic and professional activity", to determine its component composition and levels of formation among medical university students in the context of expanding intercultural communications in the field of medicine. The article argues the choice of a complex pedagogical technology of contextual type, including meaningful content based on the actual educational through quasi-professional to the actual professional, reveals the individual and personal characteristics of medical university students in the process of organizing independent activities, using reflexive and digital technologies.

« FACTORS OF TRANSFORMATION OF THE FUNCTIONS OF PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITY IN THE NEW SOCIAL REALITY»

Annotation

The new social reality, being the environment of human life and the product of social interactions of people, communities and social institutions, causes an increase in scientific interest in the problems of transforming the role and functions of teacher education in the process of intensive development of the country in new socio-cultural and socio-economic conditions. Based on the results of a theoretical analysis of scientific sources, the main trends in the formation of a new world order and the vectors of sociocultural changes in the Russian consumer society, transformations of social morality, attitudes towards working people, and culture are highlighted. On the basis of the functional approach, environmental factors that influence the goals, functions, content and quality of a teacher's professional activity are determined. Excessive technologization of the educational process, which does not "capture" its existential essence, does not allow the formation of a holistic and highly spiritual person and the transition to polysubject educational environments, a full-fledged polylogue, spiritual community, and the formation of subjectivity. The improvement of pedagogical activity as a system is possible on the basis of highlighting the contradictions of the social environment, the resolution of which this activity is aimed at. As a result of the study, the main factors that determine the changes in the functions of pedagogical activity in the new conditions and the increased requirements for the functional and technological preparation of teachers for work in the new social reality are identified.

Annotation

The article presents an analytical characteristic of the pedagogical experience of the development of multiculturalism of students of local universities. The possibilities of updating the forms and methods of educational and socially oriented extracurri-cular activities affecting such a personal quality as multiculturalism in modern geopolitical and socio-cultural conditions are considered. The concept of multiculturalism is clarified, integrating a set of multicultural knowledge, skills, abilities, competencies, interests and values, experience, motivation of the individual necessary for life in the intercultural world space, for interaction with different cultures, representatives of different races, nationalities, social in the world space. The article reveals theoretical foundations of the problem, scientific and methodological support of its effective solution from the standpoint of pedagogy in the practice of higher professional education. The possibilities of using effective educational technologies in the modern educational process, including modeling of professional contextual situations, interactive methods, project work skills, are determined. The article focuses on the functions of the electronic educational platform Moodle. It is described how, on the basis of constant monitoring, there was a systematic implementation of social programs, projects, actions for representatives of different countries and peoples, with the help of which cultural and leisure, sports and recreation, information and cognitive and scientific directions of students' life activities were strengthened, expanding for them the interethnic field of interaction in society.

The active development of pedagogical science determines the emergence of concepts describing the emergence of new educational phenomena. The article is devoted to the analysis of existing approaches to understanding the essential characteristics and features of educational ecosystems. «DIAGNOSTICS OF VALUE ORIENTATIONS OF YOUNG MARTIAL ARTISTS»

Annotation

The article presents the results of psychological and pedagogical diagnostics of the value orientations of junior schoolchildren studying in the children's and youth martial arts school in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky with a two-year experience in sports activities. It is determined that martial arts favorably influence the formation of the axiological sphere of young athletes, the formation of their morality. The authors revealed the structural-content components and levels of upbringing of the value orientations of the individual. The article may be of interest to specialists in children's and youth sports schools, children's and youth sports schools of the Olympic reserve, the materials of the article can be used in the system of advanced training of coaching and teaching staff, in the system of training specialists in the field of martial arts, in the system of additional education for children.

The purpose of the presented research is to assess the functionality of the student sports club in the educational environment of the university. Our task was to study the history of the formation of the club movement in Russian pedagogy and the modern foreign experience of sports club activity, to formulate the concept of "student sports club", to identify and characterize the scope of regulatory documents regulating the training of competent personnel. The research was based on scientific and methodological literature that reveals the essence of the educational space in higher educational institutions, studies the issues of education in higher education, the problems of the potential of the educational environment in the education of the personality of students of higher education organizations, as well as regulatory legal documents of the federal level. When studying these sources, methods of theoretical analysis and synthesis, their abstraction and concretization were used. The analysis and conclusions of the article can be used in scientific and pedagogical activities when considering the issues of regulation of the educational process in educational institutions of higher education.

«SPIRITUAL AND MORAL HERITAGE PHENOMEN OF KONSTANTIN IVANOVICH PODYMA»

Annotation

The article describes the spiritual and moral heritage of K.I. Podyma is the founder of the literary and patriotic club "Shkhuna rovesnikov" ("the Schooner Young Contemporaries"). This heritage is actualized as a phenomenon of moral education. Such aspects of his spiritual and moral heritage as a humanistic orientation, citizenship, perspective are characterized. The main features of the concept of education by K.I. Podyma: collectivism and team spirit, the formation of spirituality and morality, the culture of the organizational work of the teacher. The innovation of K.I. Podyma, creative development of pedagogical ideas of domestic and foreign thinkers, theorists and practitioners; the factors that influenced the formation of the multifaceted spiritual and moral heritage of Podyma. When characterizing his pedagogical concept, the possibility of its implementation in modern conditions is shown. The basic elements of this concept have been tested in the experience of K.I. Podyma and his followers and have proved their worth and viability.

«ALANIAN WOMEN IN CONSTANTINOPOLE: ALANO-BYZANTINE MATRIMONIAL RELATIONS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE 11th – BEGINNING OF THE 12th CENTURY»

Annotation

Written sources rather poorly cover the matrimonial ties of the ruling house of Alania with the Byzantine nobility, sphragistic materials only partially supplement them, therefore, the reconstruction of these lines of marriage and kinship relations within the 11th–12th centuries seems to be an important research task. The article systematizes information about the Alanian women, who were hostages at the court of the basileus in Constantinople: the failed wife of Constantine IX Monomakh, known by the title "sevasta", and the sevastokratorissa Irina Alanskaya, the wife of Isaac Komnenos. The origin of Irina, the title of her father, the Alanian ruler, the fate of her children, who held high military and civil positions in Byzantium, are traced. The influence of dynastic marriages on the expansion of the service of Alanian mercenaries in the Byzantine Empire is noted. The formation of the marriage-dynastic ties of Alania in the second half of the 11th century was caused by the acute need of Byzantium for cavalry, which would be able to withstand the onslaught of nomads in Asia Minor and the Balkans. The appearance of the Alanian women at the court of the Byzantine emperors was accompanied by the formation of the Alanian diaspora both in Constantinople and in the provinces of the empire.

«REFORM INITIATIVES IN THE EARLY 20th CENTURY RUSSIA: OFFICIAL PROVISIONS AND IMPLEMENTATION IN PROJECTS»

Annotation

The article analyzes the local practices of selecting the criteria and substantive aspects of transformations at the outset of the 20th century. It is suggested that these were defined by the supreme authorities prior to the subsequent practical implementation. The drawn-up projects were prehended and in some ways supplemented by S.Yu. Witte and P.A. Stolypin. The trajectory of the reforms also saw improvements in the course of their reform activity. Along with that, S.E. Kryzhanovsky’s participation in project design is also noted, him acting in the capacity of a supplementary governmental actor. However, he was the one to give consistency to the decisions made, although the recommendations and amendments he proposed did not always gain traction. The author suggests that at the highest levels there was awareness of Russia’s existing problems, as well as the possible ways to eliminate crisis developments. Therewith, the position that entailed borrowing European liberal practices and refusing to factor in the criticism of the revolutionary opposition was misguided.

«ON TRADE AND ECONOMIC RELATIONS BETWEEN DERBENT AND ASTRAKHAN (1722–1735)»

Annotation

In this article, on the basis of archival documents, as well as the works of Russian kavkazologists, the problem of the relationship of such large shopping centers as Astrakhan and Derbent was revealed. At the beginning, a description of the socio-political situation in which trade contacts between both cities took place is given. The Government of the Russian Empire adopted a number of legislative acts aimed at activating these trade contacts. But despite all the difficulties of the international situation, trade relations between Astrakhan and Derbent not only continued, but also intensified, which were mutually beneficial. A characteristic feature of these trade relations was that not only Russian and Derbent merchants took part in the trade, but also merchants of many other nationalities (Indians, Armenians, Persians) participated. The range of trading operations was very rich and diverse.

«THE PROBLEM OF OPENING THE CITY THREE-CLASS SCHOOL NAMED AFTER I.N. DURNOVO IN NAKHICHEVAN-ON-DON»

The article highlights the history, or rather an attempt to open a city three-grade school named after the Minister of Internal Affairs I.N. Durnovo in the city of Nakhichevan-on-Don. Particular attention is paid to the problems faced by both teachers and officials of the local magistrate. Nakhichevan society tried to raise the level of educational standards of educational institutions of the city until the last. And thereby improve the quality of education for the growing Armenian population. The programs, legal documents, as well as the norms of educational requirements of those years were analyzed and reviewed. In the end, it is concluded that this educational institution has not been opened in Nakhichevan-on-Don, and that it was opened on its basis.

The main objective of the scientific article is to consider the main issues of protection of cultural heritage objects as property of the Russian state. The purpose of the study is to highlight the legal issues of the protection of ancient monuments, which are the spiritual and cultural heritage of the past and a source of research in modern science, having an irreplaceable historical value. The relevance of the research topic lies in the fact that the condition of a large number of historical and cultural monuments of Russia, which are under state protection, is in an unsatisfactory state and continues to deteriorate. The analysis of legislation and law enforcement practice made by the author suggests the need to highlight the specifics and peculiarities of state control in the field of conservation, use, popularization and state protection of cultural heritage objects.

Annotation

The article highlights the socio-philosophical aspect of a wide range of value bases of socio-cultural communication. In this spectrum, attention is paid to moral values, their role in the dialogue of individuals, cultures and civilizations with their axiological and religious identities. It is concluded that modern socio-cultural communication helps to prevent, mitigate or resolve civilizational (cultural) conflicts by humanizing the interaction of social subjects, i. e. changes in the structure of the value bases of sociocultural communication, the increasing inclusion of moral values in it.

The article deals with the biological and social conditions of the destructive behavior of the individual, the team and society. The prevailing conditions of social and geopolitical instability over the past 30 years have intensified this problem and attracted special attention to it. Geopolitical problems, interethnic conflicts, economic and social crises – all this affects the moral and psychological state of a person and society. The anomie associated with poverty erases the conditional boundaries of morality, levels the axiological understanding of the essence of social norms. The author pays special attention to the paradoxical phenomenon of self-destructive behavior.

«REGULATORY FUNCTION OF LAW: SOCIAL AND PHILOSOPHICAL ASPECT»

Annotation

The author analyzes the regulatory function of legal consciousness associated with its normativity. The relationship between law, morality and politics is considered. The author concludes that the creative nature of legal consciousness is expressed in the regulatory function of law. Consciousness not only expresses social relations, but gives them form, streamlines and improves them. The basis for understanding the activity and creative nature of legal consciousness is the socio-cultural autonomy of social and individual consciousness. In the regulatory function of law, the creative nature of legal consciousness receives its adequate expression.

«PHILOSOPHICAL VIEW ON POLITICAL AND LEGAL CULTURE OF VOTERS: CRITICISM AND WAYS OF IMPROVEMENT»

Annotation

The article critically examines the political and legal culture of voters and offers versions for its improvement. The most significant theoretical works are studied, which allow to give an integral understanding of the declared categories of "political culture" and "legal culture". The vital syncretism of both varieties of culture, due to the relationship between these areas of social life, is demonstrated. The factors of negativeization of the indicated varieties of cultures, sometimes reaching the extreme values of their manifestation in social practice, are studied and described in detail. The nature of such obstacles on the way to improving the culture of voters as absenteeism, mistrust, poor awareness of the population, a complicated system of communications between citizens and government structures, formalism is presented. The advantages of positivization of increasing the culture of voters in the context of Russian society are presented. A close relationship is shown between the activities of power actors and the proposed ways to improve the political and legal culture of voters. Emphasis is placed on the high role of youth organizations. In conclusion, the main results of the study are summed up.
