In the socio-philosophical aspect, theoretical issues of research of collective creativity are considered; approaches to understanding one of the products and forms of collective creativity that is a game are identified. The authors use an interdisciplinary approach to consider a game as a rule-making mechanism. In the approach proposed by the authors, a game becomes a social mechanism for the formation of first moral, then customary law, and finally, of modern legal norms. At the same time, the authors place an emphasis on the rules of games, which normalize the activities of players deviating from what has become regular and seems normal. The subject of this historical endless game is the collective social subject. This stems from the fact that a game involves many players. In contrast to art, where individuality creates, in normative creativity the individual acts only as a representative of the collective subject. Russia as a global collective player acts as a subject of modern geopolitics and information policy, a component of which has become the gameization of some areas of state activity.
