«Pedagogical bases of implementing the competence approach in training university students»

Tretyachenko D.S., Markelov V.I., Sergeeva K.S.

Annotation

Presently, education is aimed at the formation of students’ competencies as an integral social-personal and behavioral phenomenon. The history of the formation of these concepts did not originate in pedagogy, where, starting with Jan Amos Komensky, knowledge and skills “reigned”, but in the field of business, management and training. Knowledge, skills and abilities are units of culture and its values, whereas competencies are units of a market economy and professional activity. The concept of the modernization of Russian education is focused on the implementation of a competence-based approach in education, on the formation of key (basic, universal, etc.) competencies, that is, students' readiness to use acquired knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as methods of activities in life for solving practical and theoretical problems.

Keywords

education, competence approach, pedagogical process, subject of education, pedagogical and action-related aspects of education.

«Sociocultural factors of corruption in the philosophical-anthropological dimension»

Glechian E.R., Pohilko A.D.

Annotation

The authors consider corruption in a philosophical and anthropological sense emphasizing the need to take into account the subjective side of corruption, the role of the "human factor". Whithout denying the importance of social technologies, the authors note that such technologies should be used by meritocracy, especially in the field of mass media. The current state of affairs in Russian reality is complicated by the fact that the laws of awards and punishment, discovered by P.A. Sorokin, are not applicable to Russian reality anymore since society and the state are in

a difficult situation of “forced corruption”. These laws must be refracted through the process of the formation of modern political elite. The article concludes that in the context

of expanding the scale of corruption, the heteronomy of social laws cannot be efficient due to individual anomie and a personality civilization crisis.

Keywords

corruption, human, human factor, personality, consciousness, punishment, autonomy, heteronomy, civilization crisis.

«Value bases of historical consciousness as a factor of culture of national security of Russia»

Shestakov Y.A., Rudenko А.М.

Annotation

The need to conceptualize cultural philosophical value bases of historical consciousness as a factor of culture of the national security of Russia due to the growing scale of geopolitical threats, increasing uncertainty of life in the modern world and polycentric meaningful orientations of a person is justified in the article. Value solidarity, which is a core of the national security culture, is achievable through the creation and preservation of the most important cultural capital and, at the same time, through strategic cultural resources in the form of unifying patriotic ideology that can function as ideology of national security. Such ideology should be developed taking into account the preservation of historical memory as a foundation for strengthening patriotism and statehood as key values. Hence, the culture of the national security of Russia and ideology, which is one of its main elements, should be based on historical consciousness and on ideological and value consensus in Russian society. Such consensus ensures a connection through a "past-present-future" line as a basis for the meaning of existence of the Russian civilization, synthesizing the preservation of socio-cultural identity and the mechanism of self-development and its prospects.

Keywords

historical consciousness, culture of national security, patriotism, sense.

«On the value of concepts in securing reliable historical reconstructions»

Matveev V.A.

Annotation

The study reproduces codified representations of reality having to do with the formation of Russian (East Slavic) sedimentation in the Caucasus and other southern state areas. Specific examples are used to substantiate the need to observe the accuracy in transferring the notions specifying the process and state of the transformations associated with it. The author claims that the reliability of historical reconstructions depends on the concepts being used. Substituting capacious definitions that existed in the epoch-making context inevitably leads to a distorted reproduction of the past. The formats of such systematizations become destructive and lead to the disintegration of emerging communities. The article traces these consequences by looking into the disintegration of the Russian Slavs. In this case, the systematization of facts is based on the ethno-national approach, which involves keeping track of the levels of consolidation and remaining uncompleted transitions. Cocitizenship has not been formed yet in the Russian Empire by 1917. A combination of alternatives was also observed in the consolidation of the East Slavic community. With a differentiated, yet akin foundation, it turned into the ethno-nation, which, as the author believes, needed federalized connections.

Keywords

East Slavic community, concretization of reality, historical reconstructions, concepts as codifiers, ethnic and national levels of consolidation, Russian Slavs, cocitizenship and the federalization of connections.
